Who are we: This is the privacy policy for Boost Salary Packaging Pty Ltd (ABN 34 106 212 702) detailed in this document as ("boost salary").The information you provide to boost salary may be personal information as defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By providing boost salary with this information you have consented to boost salary using and disclosing such information for the purpose of providing you or your employer with our services. This is completed by requesting the information directly from our privacy officer at customerservice@boostsalary.com.au. We will respond to your request within 14 days and may charge a nominal fee for the administration and provision of this information.

What direct marketing will be sent to me? boost salary will from time to time send our customer marketing materials related to products or services that we offer or can provide relating to joint promotions with other organisations. Where this information is not required the customer can request they be removed from the direct marketing list by contacting our customer service department at customerservice@boostsalary.com.au.

Security of the personal information: At boost salary we will take all the necessary precautions to protect the information we collect, this includes:

On site security of premises;
Maintaining secure IT systems using recognised security software;
Restrict access to personal information for staff that will require access to it for product or service requirements only; and
Maintain rigid internal processes to protect the information at all times.
